Francess is a highly skilled and compassionate board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine and psychiatry. Her journey in healthcare began with the successful completion of her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Chamberlin University. Early in her career, Francess gained invaluable experience at the Intermediate Critical Care Unit in Takoma Park, Maryland. It was during this time that she recognized the critical importance of seamlessly integrating mental health care with medical care to achieve holistic well-being.
Driven by her commitment to comprehensive patient care, Francess pursued additional specialization, earning a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner certificate from Liberty University in San Francisco. This advanced training equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop a practice that seamlessly blends medicine and mental health, ensuring the most effective and personalized treatment for her patients.
Before establishing her private practice, Raincare, Francess dedicated her expertise to a role focused on assessing and supporting veterans. This experience not only deepened her understanding of diverse patient needs but also reinforced her dedication to serving those who have served our country.

Tara is a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) with a special focus on psychiatry. She assists Dr. Linek in answering patient questions regarding medications or labs. Tara is also the point of contact for medication prior to authorizations or refills. She manages patient portal messages and escalates clinical questions to Dr. Linek.
